If stairs, chairs and short walks still cost you…

Move easier on stairs, chairs and walks.

If you've been here before

You didn't fail.
Nothing gave you a plan.

Pills that wore off. A shot that bought you a few months. A brace that lives in a drawer. Tape that rolled up by lunch. If you've been through most of that list, being skeptical of one more knee product is fair.

Here's what those had in common. Each one worked on the knee by itself, with no plan around it. Nobody told you what to do on a Tuesday, in what order, or when to back off.

So the whole 30 days is printed on this page. Read it before you spend a dollar.

The order matters

Foundations first.
Then strength.

Days 1 to 7 are mobility, muscle activation and walking. Strength starts in week 2. Cardio joins in week 3. Recovery days sit between the harder ones the whole way through.

Random exercises leave you wondering when to move on. A sequence tells you what today is for, and what comes next.

A plan with tools

Every tool
gets a job.

A massage gun on its own is a gadget. A tube of gel on its own is a guess. Put them inside a daily plan and each one has a time, a place and a reason.

The gun and the hand tool work the day's muscle focus. The tape supports the knee while you move. The gel and the ice sleeve have their own lessons for the days you want them.

Day 30

Then you check
your own work.

Day 30 is an assessment and recovery day. You look at the stairs, the chair and the walk, and compare them to day 1. Not our word for it. Yours.

Then keep the routine, and run the 30 days again whenever your knees need a reset.

How the 30 days get you there

A simple path to
knees that move easier.

01

Loosen the muscles that pull on your knee

Week 1 you learn the ten areas around the knee and work them with the gun and the hand tool. Nothing touches the joint.

02

Build the strength that takes the load off it

Weeks 2 and 3 add strength and cardio in a set order, with the recovery days placed for you.

03

Climb, walk and get up easier, then check it yourself

Day 30 you compare the stairs, the chair and the walk to day 1. Then keep the routine for life.

Straight answers

Your questions,
answered.

The ones people ask before they buy a knee program, answered plainly.

Why would this help when everything else didn't?

Maybe it won't, and we'd rather say that than pretend. What's different is the shape of it. Pills, shots and braces work on the knee by themselves, with no plan around them. This is a plan: which muscles, which day, what order, when to rest. If a plan is the piece you've been missing, this is that piece. If it isn't, you have 100 days to find out.

Can't I find this on YouTube for free?

The exercises, yes. What's hard to find is the order, the daily dose, when to progress, and how to use the tools without hurting yourself. That's what you're paying for, along with the kit. We put the full 30 days on this page so you can judge that for yourself.

I already own a massage gun. Do I need this?

The gun is one piece of six, and the plan is the part that makes it useful. If you already have a gun you like, keep using it and hand this one to someone who doesn't. We don't sell the course without the kit right now.

Is this safe if I have arthritis or a knee replacement?

Ask your doctor or physical therapist first if you've had surgery, have hardware in the knee, a condition affecting circulation or sensation, or take blood thinners. The massage lessons keep the gun on muscle and off the joint, and the movement starts gentle, but a course can't examine you. Your own care plan comes first.

What if it makes my knee worse?

Stop the exercise that hurts. The schedule is a guide, not a race. Recovery days are built in, take extra ones when you need them, and the lessons tell you when to ease off and when to call your clinician. The massage gun stays on muscle, never on the kneecap, bones or joint.

Will I stick with it?

Each day is one muscle focus and one activity, and you can see all 30 of them above. Miss a day? Pick up where you left off. The calendar doesn't care what date it is.

How do I get the course?

By email, one week at a time. Week 1 lands in your inbox after you order, with each day's plan and that week's lessons. The next week follows seven days later. The emails are yours to keep.

I'm not great with online courses.

There's nothing to log in to. The course comes by email, one week at a time, and the daily plan is printed on this page too. It's yours for life, so run the 30 days again whenever you like. If you get stuck, email us and a person answers.

Can I use the tape, gel and ice sleeve together?

Follow each label. Tape goes on clean, dry skin, and comes off if it irritates. Never put heat over the gel, and don't cover gel with tight tape or a tight sleeve. Follow the sleeve's directions on skin protection and wear time, and stop if your skin gets painful or numb. The kit lessons walk through all of this.

Will my knee pain be gone in 30 days?

We can't promise that, and anyone who does is guessing. Thirty days is the length of the course. Results vary. What you'll have at the end is a routine you understand and can keep running, plus a day-30 check-in to see what changed for you. Persistent or worsening symptoms need medical advice.

30 days. One day at a time.

Read the plan.
Then decide.

The whole month is on this page, with the kit, the lessons and the guarantee. If it makes sense for your knees, day 1 is one click away.
