Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Easy Kinesiology Tape. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you. If you have a question this page doesn't answer, just reach out — our contact details are at the bottom.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Order processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day. You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking as soon as it ships.

Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, so you'll see the exact cost before you pay — no surprises.

Estimated delivery time
Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Adding processing time, most orders arrive within about 4–9 business days of being placed. These are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery depends on the carrier.

We ship with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and choose the best option for your order.

Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

Shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute or refund orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If you catch a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Shipping delays
Once a package leaves us, it's in the carrier's hands. Weather, high-volume periods, and carrier issues can occasionally cause delays that are outside our control. If your order seems stuck, contact us and we'll help track it down.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please check with your household and neighbors and give it 1–2 days — carriers sometimes mark items early. If it still doesn't turn up, or if it arrives damaged, email us at support@easykinesiologytape.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Undeliverable or returned packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed, etc.), we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping costs may apply.

Order changes and cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Email us as soon as possible. We'll do our best, but once an order has entered processing we may not be able to make changes.
